Follow the procedure below

Passwords are stored in drive:\Documents and Settings\\Applicatio
n Data\Mozilla\Firefox Profiles\xxxxxxxx.default\signons.txt

It is a hidden file, so you have to unhide hidden files. Open Windows Explorer folder and select Tools > Folders Options > View. Check "Show hidden files and folders". Click OK.

Hope this helps!

( Or Even you can follow the procedure shown below )

This extension allows you to export your saved passwords and disabled login hosts using XML or CSV files that can be imported in another browser or computer.

Supports Firefox 2, Firefox 3, Thunderbird, and several other apps (see website for details).

Where to find it:
Firefox Options/Preferences -> Security pane -> Import/Export Passwords button
OR
Add-ons Manager -> Preferences/Options for the extension

NOTICE: The "encryption" is mainly to prevent casual users from stumbling upon your passwords. It will in no way stop someone who actually wants to see them, as they could just import your file anyway. Better encryption will be added in the future.
